Condition: New and unused.  Action figure is still sealed in the original factory packaging.  Packaging is not mint condition (these Diamond Select figures rarely are) but it is still a very displayable piece and in nice shape.  Taken right out of the manufacturer's shipping case.  From a smoke-free environment.  Images show one of the items for sale, the other items are in similar condition.
